The HeyVisible App is operated by Hey Visible LLC. The following disclosures apply specifically to your use of the App.
Third-Party Services
The App embeds third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies:
• CoachVox AI — powers the AI Sales Coach feature. Any conversation data is governed by CoachVox’s privacy policy.
• Calendly — powers the booking feature. Any scheduling information you submit is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy.
Microphone Access
The AI Sales Coach feature may request access to your device’s microphone to enable voice conversations. Microphone data is processed directly by CoachVox and is not stored by Hey Visible.
Links to External Sites
The App may link to external websites, including heyvisible.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
